Working with Challenging People - ^NEW!

Employees at all levels are often required to deal with clients or people who may be considered challenging. These include abusive, emotional, frustrated or angry people, and may occur face-to-face or on the telephone.

This half day workshop offers participants a powerful, practical framework for understanding problem evolution, and engaging in effective interventions that not only diffuse conflict but result in reduced stress.

Feedback indicates participants find this workshop highly applicable to personal and workplace relationships in general, in addition to those with clients. The workshop includes concrete strategies for dealing with challenging people and reducing stress and burnout for staff.
