Effective Communications is a new one day workshop incorporating Working with Challenging People and Counselling Skills for Professionals. Participants have the opportunity to attend the Innovative Leadership Solution Modules one - three at a discounted rate.

Working with Challenging People

Employees at all levels are often required to deal with clients or people who may be considered challenging. These include abusive, emotional, frustrated or angry people, and may occur face-to-face or on the telephone.

This workshop offers participants a powerful, practical framework for understanding problem evolution, and engaging in effective interventions that not only diffuse conflict but result in reduced stress.

Counselling Skills for Professionals

An increasing number of professionals require advanced communication and basic counselling skills in their work or personal contacts with others.

This practical workshop will assist participants to identify and engage people strengths in both their personoal and professional lives and manage the challenges associated with a counselling role.
