Vocational Support

Centrecare Corporate recognise that employees are any organisation's most significant resource. We are aware of the human and economic costs involved when psychological, physical and/or illness issues affect your employees, and it is our philosophy to provide innovative early intervention and support in order to minimise these costs.

What is Vocational Support?

During challenges such as organisational change or injury, and career development, our team can offer proactive interventions that comprise the following services:
  • WA Workers' Compensation Legislation
  • Vocational Rehabilitation/Injury Management Support
  • Return To Work Programmes for employees that do not have a Workers' Compensation claim
  • Career Counselling
  • Vocational Counselling
  • Pre-employment assessments
  • Psychometric testing for suitability to roles within organisations or to identify career options
  • Interview and resume development training and assistance.

How do we offer Vocational Support?

The services above can be delivered in group packages or to individuals, and may be conducted in isolation from other services or as part of an employer's incentive to assist their employees through organisational change. Centrecare is committed to providing the most appropriate service and/or advice and would encourage employers to discuss their needs with one of our consultants.
