Performance Management is often seen as the uncomfortable task of disciplining or providing negative feedback to an employee.  Because our understanding of how to offer Performance Management is often cloudy, many managers tend to avoid these difficult conversations. “Simplifying Performance Management” is an interactive workshop aimed at providing clear and simple strategies for bring out the best in your employees during this process.  The skills and tools covered in this workshop are designed to augment any performance management protocols that are already in place within your organisation.

Workshop participants will learn and practice skills to:

  • Improve communication between employees and management.
  • Reduce conflict between staff members.
