Stepping Up is a 1 day workshop aimed at initiating and guiding culture change and awareness within organisations.  Organisational Culture can be defined as the set of messages about what is expected, what will be rewarded and what is valued within an organisation.  More than any other single factor, culture influences performance, productivity, job satisfaction and work place morale.    Despite its power to affect these key outcomes, culture is largely overlooked by organisations.  In fact, organisations are often not conscious of the very culture that they are embedded within, nor of the power they have to influence and shape this culture.

A conscious culture is one in which the organisation has an awareness of its own culture, of the culture it would like to move toward, and a clear plan of the strategies chosen to shape that culture.
