In keeping with EAPAA membership requirements our counsellors have a minimum of two years EAP counselling experience with appropriate tertiary qualifications.

Karen has been involved in all aspects of the logistics in the provision of an EAP to client companies during the past 14 years.
Karen’s current role includes contract management, relationship management, EAP coordination of start up promotion, daily contact person.
Kathy is an experienced counsellor, trainer and manager. Over the past 10 years she has provided counselling in a wide variety of areas including workplace matters, individual issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and couples therapy.
Kathy has worked as a senior manager and has provided consultancy services to managers and key stakeholders in public, private and not for profit sectors. Kathy has extensive training experience having worked within a wide range of groups including workplace settings, community groups and professional training both in Australia and internationally.
Kathy’s current role includes Clinical Leadership of the Corporate counselling team and Critical/Serious Incident Response.
Kelda has been involved in all aspects of the logistics in the provision of an EAP to client companies and coordinating training for Centrecare Corporate during the past 4 years.
Kelda’s role involves coordinating the training both tailored and scheduled for Centrecare Corporate as well as the development of organisational development services, including organisational training, corporate consulting, management support, organisational culture change and leadership coaching. Kelda's role also encompasses relationship management, which is congruent with our focus on building and nurturing continuous and constructive partnerships with our client organisations.
Danja has more than 12 years experience across a wide range of settings, both organisational and clinical. Danja has experience in EAP counselling, vocational rehabilitation, outplacement, psychometric assessment, delivery of workshops and training, consulting, leadership coaching and development, mediation and conflict resolution.
Danja has also had many years experience working as a counsellor in private practice with extensive counselling experience encompassing work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, relationship separation, work- place conflict and stress, trauma, grief and loss, and career counselling.
Danja's role involves the development and facilitation of organisational development services, including organisational training, corporate consulting, management support, organisational culture change and leadership coaching. Danja's role also encompasses relationship management, which is congruent with our focus on building and nurturing continuous and constructive partnerships with our client organisations.
Carol has specialist knowledge including drug and alcohol issues, couples and families, separation and divorce, domestic violence, mental health, mediation, group work, conflict management, training and crisis intervention. Carol also has previous experience as a Business Manager and Director of training company.
Carol’s current role includes specialist mediation trainer, specialist Mental Health First Aid and One Life Gatekeeper trainer, consultant, Critical/Serious incident response, coaching, consulting, training and counselling.
Ruth has had over 17 years experience in the fields of corporate recruitment, human resource management and development, workplace assessment and training and has consulted and trained in a wide range of industry sectors. Her central area of expertise lies in the field of learning and development, having facilitated numerous training workshops and managed all aspects of the learning and development cycle with regard to performance gap analysis, training design, delivery and evaluation.
As a Registered Psychologist, she has counselled clients encompassing a number of psychological issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and loss, life transitional issues as well as workplace conflict and stress.
Her current role at Centrecare includes counselling, training, corporate consulting and coaching, conflict mediation and critical incident stress debriefing.
Amiee-Jade is a Registered Psychologist with a background in counselling, employment services, injury management and project management across the private, not-for-profit and government sectors. She has experience in case management, need’s assessments, vocational counselling, development and facilitation of therapeutic groups, and counselling. Amiee-Jade’s person centred approach has assisted clients in developing the confidence and skills to effectively cope with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and drug and alcohol issues.
Amiee-Jade is currently assisting ACCESS EAP clients to overcome a range of personal and professional issues that impact on their lives.
Jacquie is an experienced Clinical Counsellor and has provided counselling in a variety of settings including drug and alcohol, incarceration, schools, youth and family services. Jacquie has assisted families with relationship issues, adults, adolescents and children with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transition, stress, grief and loss. Jacquie has also worked as manager of a counselling program and crisis accommodation service.
Jacquie’s current role includes the provision of counselling for ACCESS EAP to assist clients with a range of issues.
Amelia has over 25 years experience in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds both over the phone and face to face. Amelia has a commitment to delivering an exceptional and high standard of customer service. Amelia is known for her kindness and approachability which is essential when dealing with clients who have been facing challenging life events.
Amelia’s current role involves making initial appointments for clients, coordinating medicare, mediation and coaching referrals and training assistance.
