Registration Details

Payments

Payments for workshops can be either credit card or invoice. To pay by credit card you will be taken to a secure EWay Gateway and National Australia Bank Internet Merchant Facility. To pay via invoice please enter a Purchase Order number. Once registered and paid online you will receive an invoice and receipt (if paid) via email.

You will also recieve email confirmation of your place in the workshop(s) including venue and workshop details ten days prior to the workshop. All one and two day workshops run from 9:30am to 4:30pm unless otherwise notified. Half day workshops are run from 9.00am - 1.00pm. Venues are confirmed upon registration. All workshops include a working lunch and refreshments.

Discounts

10% for organisations enrolling four or more participants in any workshop and paying with one credit transaction. 10% for individuals enrolling in three courses and paying with one credit transaction. 25% for full-time students. Subject to place availability (limited places).

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings may be transferred to another person.
• Cancellations 10 days or more in advance will result in a full refund, less a $30 administration fee or maybe transferred to another date or course of same value. No refund will apply within 10 days.
• In the event of a workshop being cancelled a full refund will be made and participants notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the workshop date.
