Climate/Organisational Survey

Organisational Climate Surveys provide qualitative and quantitative indicators of the climate of your organisation.  A climate survey provides valuable information regarding employee satisfaction, factors affecting satisfaction, morale, and performance.

Gathering such information enables us to better understand the environment our organisation is operating within, and to develop strategies to address any issues highlighted by the survey that may improve satisfaction and overall performance.

Our climate surveys are designed and tailored specifically for each organisation, based on consultation with management.  We will co-ordinate administration and data-analysis, and offer a complete survey debrief including reporting and recommendations for addressing issues raised by the survey.
